PlaySignal Analytics provides a comprehensive analytics platform for game studios and live operations teams. Our services include player engagement analysis, cross-platform metrics, predictive modeling, and real-time monitoring tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

Account Registration and Security

Subscription Plans and Billing

Termination

Either party may terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, rather than in court.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Recife, Pernambuco.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlaySignal Analytics regarding our services.
